From The Player (The Sims) profile

Can interact with nonexistent beings (Imaginary Friends posses Nonexistent Physiology and the player can freely interact with them, the player can also give Imaginary Friends a solid body and soul, thus removing their nonexistent physiology) - CURRENTLY UNDEFINED

Reasoning it could be Conceptual Manipulation

Changing a character stated of existence from nonexistent to existent, especially no natural laws are changed which the reasoning even SCP-239 initially didn't get it as she needed to change the law of her universe, would be Conceptual Manipulation(Type 2) particularly when even the next best thing Void Manipulation cannot even do it.

Reasons why it hard to choose Void Manipulation'

To give existence to nonexistent beings is not defined under Void Manipulation's page

That just sounds like creation, almost. Maybe conceptual, not sure. If that's all that was done with it though, it wouldn't be applicable in the same way that "x conceptually nukes y gg" is, just a heads up.

According to Powerlisting wiki, being imaginary is associated with being nonexistent, so I think is the first one. There's a power that change from nonexistance to existance, but it only works when something is first erased.

Nice, the player can already do this as it can detele objects and sims or people and immediately restored them by the undo.
