Question about conceptual and death manipulation

Say that character A has resistance to concept manipulation, and they can immediately resurrect from death. They have no inherent resistance to death manipulation itself, though. Character B can use death manipulation on a conceptual level. Would character A's resistance to conceptual attacks null the death manipulation, or would it still work since they don't resist death manipulation?

We wouldn't assume character A has all types of resistance to concepthax just because he resisted one.

Conceptual Deathax would prob mean Character B can kill people's concepts, which Character A may resist depending on what kind of concept hax he resists and its type.

However, even if B isn't able to kill A's concept, he can still kill him as A does not resist deathax, provided B's deathax can be non-conceptual in nature as well

Edit: B can kill A, but to permakill he'd need to negate resurrection as well. Concepthax becomes irrelevant tbh
