1. Can characters with Conceptual Manipulation interact with characters with AE1 Concept? Similar to other cases like Information Manipulation - AE1 Information, Mind Manipulation - AE1 Mind,... Another example is if there is Void Manipulation, it is possible to touch characters who possess NEP ?

2. How to distinguish hax 3D, hax 4D and higher?

4. If possessing infinite power on the 3D scale will get H3A , will infinite power on the 4D scale achieve 2A?

1- Yep should be. If your abstraction is based on a concept and I can interact with that concept then I should be able to interact with you. Same for Void and Nep 1 as they both can interact based on nothingness there’s no reason they can’t interact. Idk how nep 3 works with that though but void manip doesn’t work for nep 2.

2- Based on the object affected. (EX: Affect a Normal Human and it’s 3D, a Universe (Space-Time) and its 4D. 5D construct and it’s 5d in potency.

3-A vector in which space operates and flows. ( Length, Witdh, Height)

4-No. 2A is not just infinite Infinite 4D but and infinite amount of 4D. Low 2C is infinite 4D but have that Inf 4D and multiply by Infinity, then a structure that can contain all of that is 2A.
