Question about withstanding electricity.

Ok so if a character can survive long maintained electric blasts to their body with a stated voltage or joule amount would it be considered a feat of heat resistance?
As electricity generates heat as we all know.

From what I can tell, no, it'd merely be Resistance to Electricity.

Of course, to scale to a lightning bolt's energy yield if you get struck, there are conditions that must be met.

1. THIS CONDITION IS A MUST: The character has to be off the ground AKA he needs to be in mid-air when the lightning bolt strikes the character (Part of the reason IRL people survive lightning bolts is because they're standing on ground which causes the lightning bolt's electricity to dissipate safely into the ground, much like how your electric plugs have a grounding wire. This in turn nerfs the total energy you take from the bolt)

2. The character must have sustained heavy wounds all over his body to have caused him to bleed (Being battered with bruises all over should be fine, excessive wounds aren't needed), as AguilarR101 once said that the higher the wound count, the lesser the resistance the electricity has to face while passing through you.

Thx for the answer

Couldn't have really summed it up better myself.

No, resisting electrical attacks doesn't grant heat resistance, much more likely electricity resistance.
