Question about Theodore's Acausulity

Acausality (Type 4; Transcendents exists outside the framework of fate, and are beyond the laws of causality)

Type 5: Causality Transcendence: Characters with this type of Acausality transcend the normal boundaries of cause and effect, existing outside of the causality of a system. Even interacting with them normally may prove virtually impossible.

So, shouldn't Theodore's Acausulity be Type 5 instead of Type 4 ?

No cause despite that he can still be harmed by other ppl who aren't transcendents, hence why i downgraded his acausality from type 5 to type 4.
