Question about Plot Manipulation

Is it useful in a versus thread? I know it's a subset of Reality Warping but how would it be useful in a battle between characters that are from different franchises? I mean, a random and neutral battle wouldn't have a plot, right? If it's useful, how potent is it?

If the character they are fighting doesnt have some form of resistance towards Plot Manipulation the character with Plot Manipulation can just manipulate the outcome of the fight so they will win no matter what.

Cool. So if someone has Resistance to Reality Warping, it wouldn't work?

Ehhh not necessarily, theyd have to have a specific resistance to Plot Manipulation itself, a general resistance to Reality Warping would likely not be very effective.
