Bill's Plot Manipulation?

On Bill's Profile, it is stated his Plot Manipulation is only Likely Non Combat Applicable
Would I be able to allow Bill's PM to be Combat Applicable in a VS thread?

is not like bill can't use it, is just that he doesn't use it in a combat way, all he does is mess with things the cartoon viewer sees, so no, likely/possibly in hax doesn't really mean we can choose if we use them or not like tiers, it means we aren't certain if they have said hax or how it fully works/it's limitations

Couldnt his plot hax be viewed by being able to change a part of the plot to his liking, as he changed the intro into his own

the intro is not part of the show's events, it is just that, a intro, it has nothing to do with the script of the actual episode

You cannot prove it would be combat applicable, because its application is just that, changing the intro. He never changed the actual events of the show, aka it can't be assumed that it can be used in a combat situation.
