Question about Nonexistent Physiology

Is living within a reality where distance and time don't exist enough to be considered a nonexistent being?

If not, what would that be considered?

By default, it would Nonexistent in the way of having an nonexistent body (assuming that a place where "distance do not exist" equals to outside space), but beyond that, nothing else.

The power is called Spatio-Temporal Lock in Powerlisting, that's the power to exist outside time and space.

A space that doesn't describe distances? An abnormal space!

Nah, it's not a Nonexistent Physiology because you still exist in space, although an abnormal one, and you're still bound by the most of physical laws. But you're immune to Distance Manipulation (Can also be limited Spatial Manipulation because most application uses of it involves the concept of distance to work) and Time Manipulation, you also get Type 4 of Acausality as a side effect.

It's not non-existant physiology if you just just live in a someplace nonexistent. You need to be nonexistent yourself.

It might give time and space manipulation resistance to the character, at least I think so.
