Type 1 is just absolutely any form of material existence + whatever other aspects they're nonexistent in. This could probably easily be achieved by just being nothingness or nonexistence.
Type 2. Is a form of nonexistence beyond/inbetween/lacking existence & nonexistence thus being a more "fundamental" form of it.
