Does creating something, example Altair creating a universe means she has universal durability?

Oh, so if a character A(she/he hasn't shown any destructive capability just plot manipulation, reality warp, casuality manipulation, etc) created a planet does that mean character A has planet level durability?

They are hax, so stats don't scale to them.

Okay. Lol someone just told me that Altair doesn't have universal durability since the process on she created the universe doesn't have any destructive factors.
