Anakin and Dooku are both rated as 5-B, but I believe there's quite a bit of evidence to support them being 4-B.
On Anakin's profile, there are two statements that are used to justify his 5-B rating. These statements both call Anakin the strongest Jedi of his generation. While he is not actually the strongest, as he is beneath Yoda and Windu, this should at least put him in the same tier of power.
Now for Dooku, he was able to briefly hold his ow against Mace Windu in combat, he was stated in Yoda: Dark Rendezvous to be matched only by Windu in combat and he held his own against Yoda. It has also been noted in both Insider #109 and The Official Starships & Vehicles Collection #25 that only Windu and Yoda could compare to Dooku in combat. In the Power of the Jedi Sourcebook, it was also noted that only Yoda and Jedi Master Dooku had overcome Mace in duels before. In Lightsabers: A Guide to the Weapons of the Force and The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia, Yoda and Dooku were regarded as equally matched on Geonosis.
So, there's many things that should put Anakin and Dooku within the same tier of power as Windu and Yoda, albeit they are inferior to the both of them.
