This fight already happened in canon. Stormfront was soloing the Boys, including Starlight and Kimiko who are supes themselves, until Maeve showed up and kicked her shit in. Maeve also has superior combat skills, a suit and bracelets that has superior Durability compared to Stormfront's AP, and Homelander implied that he and her were the two strongest supes on the planet (At least until Butcher got his hands on Temp-V and Soldier Boy came back)

Regardless, Maggie was still the one to turn the tide of the fight despite Stormfront managing to destroy the team's weapons that they were planning to use against her. She'll just block Stormfront's plasma bolts with her gauntlets then overpower her using superior skill and LS (Class 25 Vs Class 5 physically). Stormfront can try to outrange her with flight but Maeve can just throw something at her. Voting the Queen.

Yeah, Maeve FRA. Stormfront could totally win with range attacks, but it's not in character for her to simply kill someone from far away, she just love to get close and personal, and Maeve just outclasses her in H2H.

Granted, Stormfront is pretty damn durable, so she could survive a beating and then counter by playing it safe, but most likely she would be kinda dumb and get too close.
