A-Train isn't really creative in the use of his super speed, has a big ass ego, and a shitty heart lol. Since they are both in character, Maeve could probably make him waste time or loose his cool, which would by her time for the V to run off. Also, Maeve likely has the stamina and durability to withstand assaults from A-Train, and his attack pattern might be predictable enough for Maeve to even land some hits.

Personally, I would go with Maeve, but she has to play it well and really on A-Train being kinda stupid and blinded by his ego. Otherwise, A-Train might have a better shot.

Maeve has Enhanced Senses which should let her to react to and combat A-train more easily, combined with experience and skill advantage and she should take this pretty handily as long as she is careful (Or she could just allow A-train to bullrush her in order to tag him like Kimiko did). His speed advantage shouldn't matter that much anyway because he can't reach his top speed without the risk of suffering a heart attack.

Depends on how far into S1 this is. It was the overuse of Compound V that let ti the cardiac arrest, and after that is that his heart cannot tolerate his top speed.
Also, even without Compound V, A-Train is still like 9-10 times faster easily.

A-Train has little creativity when it comes to using his super speed to hurt someone else, as shown with Kimiko walking off from getting her head bashed against a wall rather easily. Maeve not only scales above her, but she's also smarter than A-Train. One mistake on the guy's part, and he's toast.
