A battle of the little, shapeshifting spies from the two most iconic fiend subtypes in D&D.

Fight takes place in a tavern during the midst of a chaotic bar fight that may have or may not have been caused by either combatant. Each starts at opposing ends of the building. Otherwise SBA

I think the Imp would take it, of the two of them. Devils are generally time-tested soldiers and tacticians- the Imp is physically weak among them, but is one of the more intelligent of them and tends to operate alongside Bearded Devils that act as their soldiers. So already the Imp has a significant advantage in terms of combat.
