As previously pointed out, the necro-breath should handle this quickly when in range. The opposition's P&A doesn't imply a distinct advantage over the Ender Dragon, but I am (perhaps obviously) unfamiliar with this mf, so feel free to point out somethin' I've missed.

I don't know, maybe he has better combat ability and can win through ranged attacks
