Meaning:
-Speed is not equalized.
-Pucci has prior knowledge and is bloodlusted.
-Prison gang is still there to give emotional support.

Eyes of Heaven would have us believe that a Jotaro in his Prime would low diff MIH Pucci, both in his prime right after DIO, and decades later at cape canaveral in the new history

Jotaro only really got ****** because of the sick nasty coma downgrade coupled with huge stamina downgrades and the fact like 84% of his muscles atrophied and age already beginning to take its toll, statistically speaking, as long as he doesn't sit on his ass and twiddle his thumbs for five minutes, he should beat Pucci before he becomes too much of a threat. And it really wouldn't be hard, even Part 6 Plat strength wise still had the power to stomp him, it was mostly a stamina and speed thing which as we all know thanks to part 5 and supplementary sources, age takes a toll on speed

Though if Pucci has prior knowledge, nothing is stopping him from just like, running away and coming back in like 30 minutes when he's MFTL+++ and with ludicrous AP. But at the same time, SBA dictates they start like 3m apart due to that being the highest range between them, which just lets Plat immediately throttle his ass before he can flee or stop time and blow his head off.

If they start at a distance Pucci stalls till he's to much of a issue, if up close, Jotaro neg diffs via time stop to close the distance and beat the shit out of him, or just Plat pre-nerf ripping him apart.
