I think it way too vague of abilties and likely look to be solely made for character. So, I think it should be deleted as fastest soution. If someone want to make a better page then they are welcome.
 
I agree with the deletion of Origin Creation. We cannot have such a specific powers page that only applies to a single character.

@Iapitus The Impaler. it was incomplete, there was no tiering in the tier section, everything was bolden, lack of valid reasonings for statistics, and sections were empty. If you want more reasons then you are welcome to contact me on my message wall as I don't to derail this thread.
 
Aren't Fanmade verses n such aloud? I have seen pages for other questionable characters who are aloud pages. Salad Fingers for example. And others. I'm a little blank minded but I know there were other pages
 
Fan made character oages are allowed on here as long as they come from a well made series. For example Salad Fingers has a page and there is also this page: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/The_Ginosaji This was just s YouTube video about a Joke horror movie about a guy being attacked by a person with a spoon. So if those can have a page I dont see why Vincent can't especially since the CPUCS is a fairly popular series that is well made.
 
I think that since your character in specific is from an already existent series (Smash), it is not allowed. Like TFS DB Characters
