Prime Madara vs M. Bison

I'm assuming Prime Madara is 1, Alive Madara, and 2, high 7-A Madara.

Anyway, this is a battle between high 7-A MHS main bad dudes who's names begin with M (unless you're one of those Vega kinds of guys). Who wins? Bloodlusted (if that even matters). But to the death.

i would say madara would have this due to a more varied arsenal like clones, summon kyuubi,genjutsu ( if there is verse equalization and i would assume so) ,sussano, sharingan/rinnigan,..ect but vega does have the flight advantage and can teleport and since they are both around the same speed i don't see anone blitzing anyone here except if vega mixed his teleportation and his speed that might be able to get a blitz in but i can't see it putting madara down for good.
