Potential One Punch Man Feat

So in the recent One Punch Man chapter (chapter 94), Tatsumaki and Evil Eye create a whirlwind which draws in clouds. Evil Eye got basically stomped by Tatsumaki though, but this was a shared feat so it could potentially scale to other characters if calced.

There is no official disaster level for Evil Eye, but Murata stated that he was stronger then Fubiki and the strongest monster present during this chapter. (Phone wasn't letting me upload the images)

If they both contributed to the feat, then I don't think any of the characters would scale to it.
Why not? Evil Eye would still need to contribute half the energy for this feat, and he should at least be demon level since he's stronger then Rhino Wrestler.

I'm rather sure it's a logical assumption they contributed equally unless stated otherwise. If we assumed they didn't contribute equally, we'd have to re-evaluate a good amount of shared feats on this wiki as well. Regardless, I agree.

Tatsukami is ridiculously stronger than Evil Eye and casually defeated him, so no, they're not equal.

Depends. If characters in question are confirmed to be equal, then it should probably be fine.
It should still scale to him since he contributed to the feat. It would honestly be a heacanon to really to say he didn't do much of it when such a thing isn't stated.

Considering that at the time they were matched and that Evil Eye wasn't getting completely overpowered during that clash, I think it's fair to say he was contributing half to that particular storm. Of course Tatsu wasn't taking things seriously and is way stronger than him though.

Do you have a source for these statements that he's stronger than Fubuki and was the strongest monster there?
