Potential Canon Servant Tier List?

So, it is probably common knowledge at this point that there seems to be an in-universe tier list amongst Servants in the Holy Grail System. What I'm wondering is if it's possible to piece together the whole thing, based on canon information.

All I could immediately gather on my own is which Servants are basically insta-wins
