Possible Hit upgrade?

Considering Hit was able to land a hit on Jiren and legitimaly stagger him to the point where he was almost thrown out of the ring in the ToP, I think it's a fair assumption to make that he should be moved to Low 2-C, as this was already after Jiren had revealed a fraction of his true power against Imperfect Ultra Instinct Goku.

@Dz You can make that argument everytime Jiren fought sans episode 129 & 130.

Jiren was even more casual against Hit than he was against Vegeta or Goku. Also, this was brought up before and passed as an outlier.

He should be Low 2-C with the Cage of Time attack at least. He made him struggle to get out of it for a while.

We don't even scale Android 17 to Jiren or Toppo, and that's despite the fact that Jiren was a bit more serious against 17 than he was against Hit. Additionally, it's more so hax rather than AP. So we should probably close the thread since it was brought up and rejected multiple times.
