Demigra Can't Destroy A Countless Number Of Timelines.

He was only able to do it, as he destroyed the time nest. His power alone wasn't strong enough to destroy every timeline at once, the one attack destroyed the building. Supreme Kai of time literally freaks anytime anyone is near the time nest, as any damage could destroy it.

So Demigra Should Go Back To Multi-Universe Level.

He didn't destroy it until he went to the time nest. However he still was stated to be able to control all Space and Time after absorbing Toki-Toki and scales to said bird who can manipulate time itself.

That should be enough for 2-B.
