Possible changes to Underworld Judges and 8th Sense Gold Saints? (Saint Seiya)

OK, so a complete newbie to this vs debating site, but a big time Saint Seiya fan. However, I had some questions regarding the tiering of the Underworld Judges and 8th Sense Gold Saints.

My first would be regarding one important feat of Rhadamanthys, being that he was hit by Kanon's GE and survived with no cosmetic damage to his Surplice. He also mentioned feeling heavy from Orphee's Stringer Fine, suggesting he wasn't at his peak when he took the GE.

Is it possible that he and the other Judges may be at 3-C, or at least 4-A? It is possible that Kanon's GE wasn't at full power, but I honestly can't find a reason for such.

As for the 8th Sense Gold Saints, is there anything to suggest the Gold Saints are on the same level as the Judges? Aside from the GE, Kanon didn't seem to be generally close to Rhadamanthys. His only notable feat against him beforehand was hitting him with the Genro Maoken. Sure, he did tank Rhadamanthys' Greatest Caution, but that was after he'd been weakened by the already mentioned Stringer Fine, plus the general attack neutralisation that usually happens after a Saint sees an opponent's attack could've played a part here.

If there's something I'm missing regarding these placements, any help would be great.

What suggests 8th Sense Gold Saints are in their level, or higher:

- 8th Sense Seiya knocking down Rhadamanthys with his Meteors.

- Kanon vastly outclassing Rhadamanthys, and not only thanks to his GE.

They being 3-C in AP, or even 4-A seems absurd. They'd have to be trillions or quadrillions of times higher than 7th Sense Users.

Maaaaaybe in Durability, but I dunno.

It's hard to say if scaling all 8th Sense users from Seiya would fit the norm, as Seiya and the Bronze Saints showed the ability to surpass the Gold Saints on several occasions when using the 7th Sense. As I said, the example with Kanon in their second fight could've been due to the fatigue that Orphee's Stringer Fine caused, plus Galaxian Explosion was the only thing Kanon used on him at all in their 2nd match.

That wouldn't necessarily have to make them trillions/quadrillions of times above the 7th Sense users. If anything, it'd mean a boost for 7th Sense users in general. It wouldn't be out of place, given that both Ikki and Shura were able to survive Saga's GE. Whilst the former was likely casual and the latter not intended to kill Shura, it's still a feat worth noting. A boost for 7th Sense users would also be supported by scaling from alternate timeline feats, as Omega had the Class-3 Pallasite "Star Crusher" Tarvos, which given the general trend in SS and him referring to destroying stars several times, is hard to judge as simple hyperbole. He in turn is vastly inferior to Class-2 Pallasites, who are generally around someone with average control of the 7th Sense. Plus frankly, it seems even more absurd to have Saga/Kanon amplifying their power by quadrillions of times, especially when considering how many battles would've been a one-shot kill if that were truly the case (Saga VS Seiya final, Kanon VS Ikki, etc.). The GE is indeed a large amplification but to that extent is very doubtful.

Getting back to the main point, is there anything to imply Kanon's GE was any less than full effort against Rhadamanthys within the context of the story? If not, it seems like a boost for both the Judges would be in order, as well as possibly 7th Sense users via scaling.

Durability is ALWAYS higher than AP for most Saint Seiya characters.

Plus, it's incredibly inconsistent sometimes, with chars with 3-C attacks being badly hurt by 4-B attacks.

3-C judges is ilogical, as so is putting every 7th Sense user at 4-A. Attacks that destroy star are treated like a big deal, and they are.

8th Sense > Judges, that much is kinda made clear with how much Kanon overclassed Rhadamanthys, Seiya hurting Rhadamanthys, Hyoga killing Minos, etc.
