OK, so a complete newbie to this vs debating site, but a big time Saint Seiya fan. However, I had some questions regarding the tiering of the Underworld Judges and 8th Sense Gold Saints.
My first would be regarding one important feat of Rhadamanthys, being that he was hit by Kanon's GE and survived with no cosmetic damage to his Surplice. He also mentioned feeling heavy from Orphee's Stringer Fine, suggesting he wasn't at his peak when he took the GE.

Is it possible that he and the other Judges may be at 3-C, or at least 4-A? It is possible that Kanon's GE wasn't at full power, but I honestly can't find a reason for such.
As for the 8th Sense Gold Saints, is there anything to suggest the Gold Saints are on the same level as the Judges? Aside from the GE, Kanon didn't seem to be generally close to Rhadamanthys. His only notable feat against him beforehand was hitting him with the Genro Maoken. Sure, he did tank Rhadamanthys' Greatest Caution, but that was after he'd been weakened by the already mentioned Stringer Fine, plus the general attack neutralisation that usually happens after a Saint sees an opponent's attack could've played a part here.
If there's something I'm missing regarding these placements, any help would be great.
