Since Bugs Bunny is "possibly low 2C" for cutting the tape, Genie should be possibly low 2C for resseting the episode and Chaos should be 2B for being thousands of times stronger.

I don't know but I would assume however large the palace is times the mass of a cat relative to a whisker adds up to a 2B rating.

Because if we go by this it seems like only 2-C. You need at least 1001 universe to be 2-B. Let's say a Palace has say 50 genies, that would only be 300. We don't know how strong his body is. For all we know the body has the power of another 6 wiskers then that would only be 600 total. That is pure speculation.

@Matthew Yes, or simply involve time travel. Genie was generally portrayed as enormously below universal scale after being freed from his lamp. It is possible that we should remove the reference from his and Jafar's pages.

I think someone should go around calculating the volume of the Agrabah palace (or Taj Mahal, as it's loosely based on that). To find out how many genie's exactly can fit inside it. But for now, I think it's fair to assume that a thousand should be able to fit within one. And even if the number is about 250 genie's, that's only one whisker out of four.

Provided Genie did in fact reset the "episode", he would be due to being thousands of times stronger than Genie. Can someone calc how many genies can fit in the palace?

Resetting an episode would have to be considered an outlier, given that Genie himself repeatedly admitted to not having cosmic level powers anymore after being freed. I think that a Low 2-C ranking is fine for Chaos. It is how we usually rank embodiments of universal concepts.

My interpretation of The Genie in the TV Show and sequels was that since he was free and capable of using his cosmic powers non-stop, rather than just for focused 3 times once every thousand years or so, that he had exhausted most of his potency. I still think he should be 3-A at his peak, though.

No, I distincly remember him repeatedly stating that his powers were significantly lessened, and not quite cosmic anymore, after being freed, and he proved it when being unable to undo the magic monolith created by Mirage, or barely being stronger than the wizard Mozenrath.

Okay. I will remove the "resetting an episode" mention from Genie's and Jafar's pages. Jafar can probably keep his tier anyway, but I am uncertain what tiers we should give Genie, and we would also have to give him "Imprisoned | Freed" keys.

Well, judging from his page Genie does have a solid feat of being superior to the Smoke Djinn.
I think this can work:
Attack Potency: Universe level (Should be comparable to Jafar as a fellow Genie) | City level (Stronger than a Smoke Djinn that destroyed Agrabah)
Key: Imprisoned | Freed
