2B is about 3.6 times above Porygon2 after Eviolite and Download.

Huh. So, this is gonna be a huge range battle. However, not only is Porygon2 gonna be seriously outgunned by 2B's Pods, but 2B can also approach with her melee weapons and deal serious damage. Not to mention that 2B does have a really good range advantage over Porygon2.

Yeah, this isn't looking too good for Porygon2.

Porygon2 has around a 3X speed advantage over 2B, at least. (1,294 Mach vs. 454 Mach)

Also, keep in mind that it should be faster than this, as it is rated as being faster than first stage Pokémon, which is where the initial scaling comes from.

I thought Pory2 had a lower speed stat then Pory1. Am I remembering that wrong? That probably doesn't matter. So it's at least 3x faster. That should cover 2B's range advantage pretty nicely.

It is, yes, but we do have to remember that 2B has three pods that are going to be spraying continuous fire at Porygon2, and with the likes of machine gun fire, homing missiles, and a friggin' laser gun, Porygon2 is basically fighting a Danmaku character.

However, since it does have a speed advantage over 2B, I can see it begin to use its stat boosting moves to gain a better standing on 2B, particularly Agility, which will raise its already higher speed to even greater heights, and by using Sharpen, its Special Attacks, which it naturally specializes in, gets better. It also has access to Barrier, which raises its physical defense, so at the very least, Porygon2 will be able to take hits from 2B's melee weapons easier.

Sharpen boosts Attack, not Special Attack, so it's practically irrelevant here as it wouldn't boost its ranged moves.
It already gets a nice boost between Download and Analytic, then again, and Trace helps to be able to copy a passive ability from 2B.

So since there is no current explanation, it is safe to assume Porygon cannot bypass 2B's Immortality.

That being said, what else does it have available here? If we plan on using Analytic as its ability it will not receive a boost from the start of the fight because it will lack Download.

Well, it still would have Trace per Mystery Dungeon stuff, so it would be able to copy an ability of 2B, plus Analytic would provide a lower boost than Download anyways.

2B's immortality requires technological infrastructure; I doubt this is covered by the SBA location. If it is, Porygon can theoretically destroy the terminal (or the terminal can run out of materials to reconstruct a body with repeated deaths for 2B), but black box detonations can be abused.

We don't unless it's specified, and in that case that means Porygon has a trainer that is also much more vulnerable.
