What's stopping 2B from just getting a dodge off and using time dilation and overclock to just speed blitz?

Sam's in trouble on this one.

Gravitational field spam to immobilize her. Time dilation field spam to speed blitz her. Overlock to speedblitz. Shield spam to become invincible. Plus stat amps to one shot.

Just about all of Sam's tech abilities and counters are also things 2B has seen before. Probably not taking that particular appearance. But she's countered them before. The hacking glasses that let her hack tech by looking at them? 2B was designed to counter a character who also has that ability. Mirrors to reflect her lasers? Machines often use EM barriers to block light. Tornado in a can? 2B's fought machines who can make tornadoes.

The Brute Suit might help equalize things. It should be able to smash the shield and overcome the stat amps. But she'll won't be able to overcome the gravity field, time field, or other speed blitz. Also, what's to stop the brute suit from getting hacked?
