Pokemon Discussion Thread - Red & Blue arc

at this point XXKING has ignored my main points. I can see clear signs that he specifically replying to the parts that aren't the main argument, ignoring that CT, Darkrai and Cresselia and UBs have specific lore supporting their cause and jumping straight to the statements that simply support their cause. The only good argument was for Darkrai and even then that just means that PMD logic is used there and pokemon there specifically are following JRPG rules of becoming as strong as the plot needed them to be. Darkrai being capable of fusing universes and the darkvoid ignoring dura are two separate things.

Anyways, i will stop replying now for the simple reason that i don't want to argue with someone who specifically nitpicks my words while ignoring the more important parts of the argument. This isn't a concession, im just gonna stop putting up with this BS.
"Specific lore" Swinub fighting Dialga is also lore, its part of the story

Well, you have created a scaling list before. And being comparable to Mythical pokémon doen't mean being superior to CT and Arceus. Even Shaymin is a Mythical pokémon after all. That only say that Silvally and UBs have power comparable to generic Mythical and Legendary pokémon.
It says mythical Pokemon in general, which should include arceus

Also the statement doesn't even say Type:Null is above Mythical Pokemon, it just says that it "aims the power of Pokémon that are passed down by myths"
At no point did I say Type: Null is above mythical Pokemon, so this is just a strawman

A wild dunsparce has dodged an electric type move that is probably lightning from another wild Pokemon in the anime, would be good if I could find the episode for a calc but bulbapedia is down

7) Limited precog resistance, and possible limited fate hax for all pokemon
  • A Pokemon battle is stated by people who have reliable precog to be the cause of one's future changing to where one can win a fight they were otherwise fated to lose
Wheres the scans
8) Immeasurable speed legendaries
  • Some legendary Pokemon (won't say who) literally sped up and accelerated to move through time, implying its done through sheer speed
??

I don't mind. But seriously dude, if you don't provide reasonable counter arguments instead of using headcannon/speculation and repeating them over and over again after I've debunked them, I'll keep reporting you until you're banned. Talking about the ongoing Arceus CRT

If Arceus0X will tolerate such behavior I won't

"If it's foretold that you have bad fortune in store, don't fret.""Even with my psychic powers, I can't fully predict what the future holds.""Sometimes the future can be changed. What's important is that you choose the destiny you want and go all out toward making that a reality."

What do you get from this?

who's words are those?

This is limited precognition

"I've heard about them, too. It seems they're quite strong.""I tried to look into the future to see the outcome of our battle with them. But for some reason, I was unable to see the results.""An unknowable future... We absolutely must not hold anything back in this battle."

What's this then? It falls in line with choosing your own destiny as the future cannot be seen. It also implies that the stronger you are, the harder it is for your future to be seen or influenced

What are your thoughts?

i deleted the other comment.

With the current context it probably means that strong trainers can resist precog

That's what I thought
I was also thinking resistance to fate manipulation would work but there no fate being manipulated so eh

fate manipulation is totally destiny bond. I'll revise it at one point. For now i wanna finish an exam, complete revisions, finish another exam and take a break from pokemon and revise and make pages for other series i love

Olympia also says something about create your own path/future

She can also see the future iirc

Edit: There is more (context: Sabrina saw years agosto the player will come to fight her, but while fighting him, She thought the future she saw was wrong and that player's power exceed her ability to see the future. I've just noticed this one was the one you mentioned lol)

you can thank GodlyCharmander too, he's been a real help and he took upon himself to edit profiles that have full evo lines. He links me profiles with no pre-evos and i edit them bit by bit
I wish I could help. The last time I tried that it won't let me

I think most of that is just resistance to precognition. Now here's one :

"An ancient custom deciding one's destiny. The battle begins!"
  • Upon being defeated
"Create your own path. Let nothing get in your way. Your fate, your future.".

"As fate has foretold." As mentioned by Sabrina proving that she's referring to destiny/fate

"Your future is always changing.""That's probably because you're filled with so many different possibilities."

animation's amazing, truly beautiful and Zorua is absolutely adorable here.

We also now know that Hisuian Zoroark has light manipulation and has ghost type pokemon physiology, suggesting that it is incorporeal and can modify its body like shown here. Also potentially it has invisibility and likely teleportation.

Agreed. So good

I missed ghost physiology(which part tho?) in the episode, but it's likely teleportation they did.

Also, at the end.... Was that space time distortions and an Alpha Garchomp we saw??

basically when the army of Zoroarks appear they form like they're made of haze which suggests that they are similar to other ghost types in terms of that

I saw that. They're projections off of the Zoruas mane. I think the Pokedex mentioned something about that

Yup.... There's also Rye.

Then we have the space-time rift, and then Alpha Pokémon

I don't know how they'll fit multiple plot if they decides to go for it since it's one episode left but we'll see
