Like, we have this, this and this calc that are even accepted and put in the verse page which put average humans in Pokémon verse at 9-B+, but aren't added yet, and the consistency of these level of feats disprove them being an outlier unlike is said in Team Rocket Trio profile.

Athetic humans as Archie or Lt. Surge should be 9-A instead, due to them being superior to 9-B+ guys who are reaaaaaaaaly close to baseline 9-A.
