Pikachu vs Nora Valkyrie

Nora can absorb any electric attack Pikachu throws at her and use it to make her stronger. Pikachu might be faster but Nora takes this after a good fight.

I say Pikachu since while she absorbs electricity. Pikachu is smart and could just use iron tail or quick attack along with moves like grass knot are some unpredictable attacks.

Since when can Pikachu learn grass knot?

It's not. They don't learn it in the wild and if we aren't shown it was performed in any other media then we can't assume a Pokemon at their highest capacity can do so either.

Since when? It was allowed a while ago.I didn't get the memo that that was no longer allowed.

But shouldn't it be allowed since it has been shown that pokemon can learn moves in the wild that it usually could never learn except via tm?

TMs are artificial means that Pokemon use to gain new abilities. There's a reason why we don't list them on the profiles. Again, unless they're shown to use them in other media they are not regarded as related to a Pokemon's potential or abilities.

Pretty much this.

For instance, Zapdos (in Gen I) could learn Reflect via TM. However, Reflect is not a move it can learn naturally. This means, unless Zapdos belongs to a trainer who has specifically taught it Reflect, we cannot assume wild Zapdos can use it, as it is otherwise impossible without the TM.

Well that's a little irritating but understandable. Either way those moves don't really mean much in the grand scheme of things. Pikachu still has moves like surf and iron tail.

Main bulk of Pikachu's attacks is Electric, and Nora can absorb it and make her stronger. Even if you take her Semblance out of the equation, Nora fought creatures hundreds of times bigger than Pikachu, swatting something only a foot and four inches would be child's play for the queen of the castle =P

Size literally means nothing here... Also pikachu has access to moves like agility, Double Team and Slam.

Well i think Nora is stronger and with her semblance even she can't take strongest attack of pikachu it still should be enough for Nora to use that power and speed in short burst to catch pikachu off guard and i don't think pikachu can solo RWBY verse, Ozpin or Cinder easy biltz Pikachu head off.
