7-C Kikoru is about 89.33 KT while Nora is above 29.12 KT, so at most 3x AP advantage, however, Kikoru has access to means of strengthening herself like two types of AD (one of which is better than the other by a lot, with the weakest version allowing her to grow strong and fast enough to one-shot and outpace opponents comparable to her in seconds... and that was done by a weaker version of herself and she has evolved her AD since then), Awakened Power, Damage Boost and Statistics Amplification via her suit to increase specific stat further than normal like strength or speed.

Not to mention, Kikoru has Information Analysis and Analytical Prediction to predict Nora's actions, find and disrupt her rhythm to throw her off or find opening to close gaps instantly. Stun and blind her with stun grenades and although her aura provide resistance to high and low temperatures, her burst and freeze rounds will help in lowering her Aura regardless and these rounds packs quite decent AoE at Kikoru's level. Due to Nora's Semblance, the Conductor Rounds will be useless and only amp her instead.

Lastly, Kikoru is quite skilled and aggressive as shown in her Intelligence.

So, for now, I will place a vote for Kikoru

Nora is able to amp herself to the point that as a 7-C she casually overpowered a Low 7-B with her bare hands and sent him flying with a single hammer blow, and this was without her amping to the maximum amount she is capable of. Amping in this way also increases her speed to the point that she blitzes people who can keep up with her normally, to the point that she just looks like a blur to them. Nora's body is also coated in a full body passive forcefield capable of protecting her from dozens of blows on her level, up to prolonged attacks from Low 7-Bs.

As for skill, unless theres something I'm missing about Kikrou theres nothing there that puts her at the same level as RWBY's absurd skill chain

I mean, Nora with her semblance amp knocked away hazel (a low 7-B) and harmed him (if it wasn't for the mf being built like a tank with his aura that can regen from getting a hole in his gut)

That's nice to hear, but that was only after a Low 7-B Hazel constantly amp her up with his electricity to reach those levels so moot.

I check Nora's profile and there is nothing to suggest her Semblance amping her speed or blitzes people and even so, Kikoru is growing faster and more efficient as the battle continues and has Analytical Prediction, so again moot.

Nice to hear again, but Kikoru can amp herself up to 7-B in matter of minutes and also possesses a forcefield of her own to withstand stronger attacks and if concentrated, she was able to prevent a 7-B character from instantly killing her with a shot to the heart. Not to mention, she grows more durable as the fights continues.

And unless I'm missing something, I see nothing from Nora's profile that shows she is anywhere near Kikoru's level of skill that is also growing as the fight continues.

1. I'm using their 7-C selfs, no higher things (technical her Aura and Semblance are just listed as higher)

2. Rwby intelligence sections are really old and outdated as no one cares about intelligence parts of any profile unfortunately

1. I'm using their 7-C selfs, no higher things (technical her Aura and Semblance are just listed as higher)
And yet, according to you, Nora was able to amp herself to knock away and HARM a Low 7-B Hazel (which was due to absorbing electricity by Hazel which should make her Semblance "up to Low 7-B with Semblance" depending on the amount of electricity she absorbed)
2. Rwby intelligence sections are really old and outdated as no one cares about intelligence parts of any profile unfortunately
Then I suggest you RWBY supporters do something about that. And if no one cares, then perhaps you should be the champion to bring about those changes or get others to help out. It is no wonder that the Volume 9 stuffs has yet to applied even though the Volume has ended quite a while ago

That's nice to hear, but that was only after a Low 7-B Hazel constantly amp her up with his electricity to reach those levels so moot.
Not really, she can do it with any source of electricity as long as there is enough of it, in the case of the Hazel fight it was because she was absorbing pure lightning dust, which she is able to do on her own using her weapon, which has a feature that specifically allows her to charge herself in that same manner.
I check Nora's profile and there is nothing to suggest her Semblance amping her speed or blitzes people and even so, Kikoru is growing faster and more efficient as the battle continues and has Analytical Prediction, so again moot.
Because the rwby pages are severely outdated, her semblance amplifies her speed massively. As for AP, that's nothing new to Nora, Yang has damn good AP and Nora was able to outmatch her 1v1 during the food fight in volume 2.
And unless I'm missing something, I see nothing from Nora's profile that shows she is anywhere near Kikoru's level of skill that is also growing as the fight continues.
I can post the skill scaling chain if youd like

Correct, though like I said that's not even the max amount of electricity she is able to absorb, as shown in volume 8 where she absorbed enough electricity from Atlas' power grid that it KOed her and left her physically scarred after she threw a single max-amplified attack.

Oh yeah, she can charge herself with her weapon. Kinda forgot because she rarely uses it anymore iirc, only in that Grimm fight in V4 although she has to stand still and charge up. Either way, she hasn’t demonstrated to reach anywhere near Hazel’s level by herself, otherwise why haven’t she done so and ended the fight already in V5.

Not to mention, according to the OP, nobody can go above 7-C so this whole Hazel thing is pointless as reaching those level would disqualify this match (and even though it currently says higher, if Nora actually harm Hazel after being amped, that makes her Low 7-B unless she didn’t harm him whatsoever. You can’t harm a Low 7-B character without being one unless you’re ignoring durability)

How long are the profiles going to stay outdated until someone does something.

I didn’t know her Semblance amp her speed, can’t recall any such instances and ‘massively’ as you put it, it would clearly been noted in the profile if it was blatant regardless of the profile’s poor quality. The RWBY Unofficial Wiki doesn’t mention providing a speed boost

I watched the fight and Nora did not outmatched Yang, the fight didn’t even lasted 10 seconds and Nora landed only one hit (which was enough to end the fight) while Yang dodges the rest before taking that one hit. While Yang‘s is decent (as in according to the twin sisters’ profile, they wasn’t taking the fight seriously given their weaknesses of underestimating opponents as it mention they would could beaten Yang if they were), Kikoru’s better as it been primarily utilized against foes faster than her to the point of blitzing or being unperceivable and ranges from using tells to identifying and disrupting a person’s rhythm, the latter of which was effective against Kikoru despite her AP at the time

I can post the skill scaling chain if youd like
It’s not like I can stop you from posting it or not. You do you

Okay, so, now that her one shots amps aren't in play, what can Nora do? Amps aside Kikoru has the AP/Dura advantage, so how is she dealing with the gap and how used she is to fighting stronger opponents?

Now Nora can amp her power with her semblance and given how much electricity attacks she has, I think her getting hit by one is likely

So that will definitely close the power gap

Outside of the L7B scaling, how good are these amps? We talking about a more than 3x gap that can get bigger with AD and other things Kikoru has to help.

She did harm hazel while she was amped, he just didnt react to it because his semblance literally nullifies his pain

Basically every time she uses it it is shown to amp her speed, just look at her fight against Nolan or the fight against Tyrian, and those were both with smaller amounts of electricity

Again, outdated profiles. The sisters were actively trying to kill her and Yang was outpredicting both of them simultaneously.

At the bottom of the skill chain is aura users as a whole. While every living being in RWBY technically has Aura, actually being able to utilize it for things such as defense, regen, and senses requires years of training and a high enough degree of martial skill (and yes you actually need martial skill for it) that only a small percentage of the population of the entire planet ever become skilled enough to utilize their aura. Of that small percentage, an even smaller percentage ever become skilled enough to manifest/control a Semblance (yes semblances are also skill-based). To reach this small percentage comes to the second half of the bottom of the chain: Almost every character worth their salt in RWBY has spent their entire life training in combat and can fight hordes of Grimm with little issue (Almost because Jaune exists). The entirety of the main cast of RWBY was initially enrolled at Beacon Academy, one of the most prestigious combat schools in the world, with almost everyone who was accepted there having been trained for almost their entire life to fight monsters, and each one that was not professionally trained requiring a skill display overseen by Ozpin, who has the composite skill of several thousand professional huntsmen that he accumulated over his immortal lifetime. Thats the baseline for skill in the verse.

Before the Beacon Arc Ruby had been personally trained by her uncle Qrow in combat and as a result she was noted as always excelling above her peers in combat training. At the start of the series Ruby was at a level of skill that even though she was two years away from being eligible to join Beacon she was admitted due her combat prowess impressing Ozpin, with him noting that she was already a master at wielding one of the most dangerous weapons ever designed. In combat Ruby is capable of taking on entire hordes of Grimm on her own and walking away without a scratch and utilizing the different functionalities of the Crescent Rose, such as the massive recoil from the rifle aspect of the weapon and the weapon's transformative capabilities, in tandem with each other and her Semblance in order to maintain an edge over her opponent. Basically every named character is around this level of skill in the early seasons. Now for Velvet. Velvet is able to perfectly and instantly mimic the exact moves that she observes other people use in combat as well as utilize multiple different fighting styles simultaneously, both armed and unarmed. Thanks to Anesidora, Velvet is also able to copy fighting styles that utilize weapons, and she is able to wield the weapons that she copies just as effectively as their original user. To date that we know of, Velvet is able to simultaneously utilize the fighting styles and weapons of Ruby Rose, Yang Xiao Long, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, Nora Valkyrie, Sun Wukong, Penny Polendina, Coco Adel, Peter Port, Reese Chloris, Fox Alistar, Vega Bleu, Yatsuhashi Daichi, Russel Thrush, Roy Stallion, Neptune Vasilias, Brawnz Ni, Bartholomew Oobleck, Flynt Coal, Edward Caspian, and Scarlet David. Of note, every person listed spent their entire lives training in combat and several of them are professional huntsmen with decades of combat experience.
Moving up the chain we have Nebula Violette, who not only outmatched Velvet in a 1v1 test of martial arts skill, but was directly stated to be more skilled than Velvet in combat despite Velvet mixing numerous fighting styles to try to throw her off in their fight. Above her is Pyrrha Nikos, the skill god of the Beacon Arc. Pyrrha is one of the most skilled students at Beacon Academy, having won every combat tournament she has entered since she was a pre-teen due to both her mastery of combat and mastery of her semblance, being able to apply it in combat completely undetected and having done so in almost every fight she's been in for over a decade, doing so with such skill and precision that she has lead many to believe she is untouchable and invincible as no one has been able to even land a blow on her in her combat career. Even without her semblance she has shown the ability to quickly and easily adapt to her combat situation and analyze her opponents while fighting and changing tactics to suit the situation she is in. She has shown extreme accuracy, being able to hit moving targets from hundreds of meters away and strike vital weak points on an opponent mid-combat both with and without the aid of her semblance. She is also highly skilled at using her weapon's multiple forms in combat, being able to switch between forms several times in rapid succession to both deliver rapid attacks and counter others simultaneously.

Then theres Mercury. Mercury is a veritable master of close combat, having spent his entire life training in pure martial combat to make up for his Semblance being stolen by his father. He is shown to be a very acrobatic and agile fighter who relies upon quickly overpowering his opponent with complex kicks that imply a near-mastery of martial arts that resemble Tae-Kwon-Do. He is also capable of a break-dancing style, similar to Capoeira, and makes use of Muay Thai as well. Despite his focus on kicks, Mercury also uses his hands to grapple, block or redirect enemy attacks. His experience and skill are aggressive and effective enough to drive even fighters of a high caliber, like Pyrrha, into a defensive position, with Word of God confirming that Mercury would defeat her if he fought her seriously. Due to his fighting style, Mercury relies on his swift and quick reflexes to counter and block his opponent's attacks as first demonstrated during his fight with Yang Xiao Long, altering the course of her punches and using his footwork to raise her fists and kick underneath or around her attacks. Despite the presumed awkwardness of his weapon's ranged capabilities he is a skilled marksman, able to shoot a phone out of a person's hand from a good distance away, and is proficient at using the many different forms of projectiles at his disposal to keep his opponents off balance. Mercury is also known to be observant, tactical, and analytical, able to notice and deduce the capabilities and limits of Pyrrha's Polarity Semblance after she uses it once during their brief fight, despite Pyrrha using it extremely subtly in combat and having spent her entire life honing her ability to hide her Semblance and its mechanics from her opponents and the general public.

This is where Haven arc Nora scales

Significantly more yes, a small amount of electricity lets her oneshot people who can match her normally

Her semblance increases her muscles power, including her legs thus making her faster as she basically speed blitzes team BRNZ in the tournament and moved faster against tyrain

She did harm hazel while she was amped, he just didnt react to it because his semblance literally nullifies his pain
In which case, Low 7-B scaling for Nora there, which doesn't matter in this fight
Basically every time she uses it it is shown to amp her speed, just look at her fight against Nolan or the fight against Tyrian, and those were both with smaller amounts of electricity
Are those the only ones? The speed boost shown in those fight isn't that massive as you put it
Again, outdated profiles. The sisters were actively trying to kill her and Yang was outpredicting both of them simultaneously.
That is going to be the running gag here, outdated profile here and outdated profile there. I'm allowed to use whatever there is on the profiles and the profile contradict what you say unless someone try to fix the profiles (which I doubt anyone would at this point)

Hey man, if you want to change the wiki's rules that all CRTs need to be expressly approved by multiple staff regardless of verse popularity, as well as implement a rule that prevents people from stonewalling revisions of verses they dislike for months on end, and change the rule that there can only be one active CRT for a verse at a time per user, be my guest. Aint our fault that the current wiki's rules regarding CRTs are actively detrimental to any verse that isnt massively popular and widely beloved.

Hmm, can I see it? And like, one shots don't have some set value for how much they increase AP, so this wouldn't instantly put Nora in Kikoru's level anyway.

Well, it is a good thing that isn't my problem. In the meantime, I just use what is on the profile

It does in fact amplify her speed

So, it seems, I give you that, though it is weird it isn't on the profile. And don't tell let me guess... something about outdated profile again is it.

She clearly moves faster than Team BRNZ but I would not call it a speed blitz by any means (they clearly reacted to Nora, they just couldn't move in time), not to mention, the team was clearly caught off-guard due to the whole situation that happen before. Indeed, she did move faster against Tyrian, but he casually reacted to it with no problem, probably didn't expected her to move that quick after being shot since afterward, he has no trouble tossing her around along with the rest of RNJR.

Ah the infamous RWBY scaling chain, I suppose it is impressive I guess.

Significantly more yes, a small amount of electricity lets her oneshot people who can match her normally
When does this happen?

Any speed boost will definitely help Nora here of course

Also not to mention Nora with her self charging semblance one shot a grimm that could tank attacks from literally all of team RNJR

Tyrian is Rel to Nora's MHS, that was more to show that her speed does increase, he's just absurdly faster than even her speed amp makes her
When does this happen?
See the above post

Also not to mention Nora with her self charging semblance one shot a grimm that could tank attacks from literally all of team RNJR
And yet Kikoru has speed boosts and more.

And that requires her to stand still and charge it up, kinda impractical in an actual fight without teammates to assist her

And yet Kikoru has speed boosts and more.

And that requires her to stand still and charge it up, kinda impractical in an actual fight without teammates to assist her
Fair enough, although she charges it via holding a button on her weapon so she could just charge it while fighting and dodging

The first and the 3rd literally aren't one shots, in both cases the ones she defeated had already suffered attacks before that.

About the 2nd video, what's the tier of that thing? I just want to be sure y'all aren't using L7B scaling.

And well if this is what you call an one shot, Kikoru literally hit kills the Kaijus that scale to the 3x value, she doesn't KO them like what Nora is doing here.

And that's Kikoru without using her two main amps (Shockwaves and Troop Style) and before getting AD and RA going in this fight.
