Piccolo (23rd Budokai) vs Mihawk

Pretty good match up. They are almost the same in stats but I'm leaning more towards Piccolo because he's rated as at least island level+ which means that's his casual level while on the other hand Mihawk rated at only island level+ which makes me believe that in order to reach that level of potency he has to exert some effort to pull it off while Piccolo can spam casual island level ki blasts

well piccolo is at least island+ for a reason, cuz the island he destroyed was described as a small continent, thats why he is at least 6-C

i think he is well above island level, possibly even countyr level (since that island was described as a small continent, and a real life example is australia, destroying which would be likely country level at least)

i think piccolo has more fire power, and due to roughly equal speeds, he wud win imo

Mihawk has superior range and speed. His level of Armament haki has been hinted to be advanced or top tier while his Observation haki has been shown to be at least adept. His stamina is immense as he is one of the only fighters during the war to avoid being hit a single time and was in perfect condition. He is an intelligent fighter and knows how to draw his opponent in to kill them.

Piccolo may have Regenerationn and flight, but he lacked battle intelligence and experience. This was proven during his fight with Krillen, Kami and especially Goku. His Regenerationn is only capable of restoring his vitality by a limited level and he can't survive if his head is destroyed or if he is cut apart.

Mihawk's peak as yet to be realized and his shown capablities already put him on top of DB Piccolo. He casually kept pace with G2 Luffy, he fought the 3rd most amount of opponents (WB and Akainu clearly fighting the most and Kizaru being behind Mihawk) during the war and came out unscathed. Even if Piccolo could land a blow, Mihawk has the ability to use Armament Koka to an advanced level and would mitigate or even nullify any phyical and most ki blasts coming from Piccolo... why?

Piccolo's omnistrike attack towards the end of the tournament destroyed the arena and a large radius, but underneath the arena, the soil underneath looked as though it was hardly touched. Imagine if he tried to blast Mihawk, who could potentionally make his skin far stronger than steel, and perhaps comparable or surpass diamond?

Even if Piccolo has superior DC (which I highly doubt), he would not compete against Mihawk's experience and endurance.

This pretty much sums things up nicely, good job buddy.

based on reasons stated above, my vote goes to Mihawk.

Piccolo moves faster than Kamis Godly Eyes and we never really seen Mihawk speed / Combat Speed but i dont think he moves at Kizarus Speed since that is a DF Power and not achieveable in Op at the time. So Piccolo takes it easy/mid diff.

You're using Kami's perception as your means of an argument? First off, even Krillin could watch battles between Goku, Freeza, Cell, and Buu when he is nothing when compared to them.

Kami was still able to jump in and block a strike coming from Piccolo so what happened to your "moves faster than Kami's Godly Eyes" claim?

Mihawk's casual speed surpasses Luffy's pre time-skip 2nd gear travel and attack speed. He was not even trying and was pushing Luffy back. His feats put him on par with the Admirals.

Piccolo's movement speed during this time is calculated to be MHS while Mihawk's casual speed is clocked at MHS. A biased choice on who would win is all you are giving.

your welcome

I don't think you notice the plot holes. If Kami can't keep an eye on Goku and Piccolo, why can he suddenly jump in and block Piccolo's punch and why can Krillin watch fighters like Cell, Goku and Frieza when he is far below them in speed and perception. Also, Mihawk =/= Kami so I don't see the point you are trying to make. Luffy was capable of vanishing from the sight of relatively strong OP characters and his speed didn't even make Mihawk flinch.

you dont understand Dragonball do you ?? again Kuririn could follow ilke to other Trained Z Warroirs by using their Ki since in Dragonball meaning higher PL = all your Attributes grow from DC,Dura,Speed,Sight,Sensing and etc. and yes it makes This Arc of Piccolo faster than Mihawk is (as of right now) since if you reread Dragonball Goku vs Muten Roshi Kuririn vs Muten Roshi were already Hypersonic ! and this was only the 21st Budokai and now we are 6 Years Further into the Story in Each Arc in Dragon Ball is always stronger/faster/better Fighters in general = and with their presented Speed they have reached in the end of Dragon Ball low Sub-Relativistic speeds while Luffy seemed from that time only being a Hypersonic Character which Puts Mihawks Supressed at that level aswell since FEATS speak for themself and since he never shown speed faster than Sub or LFT he is not that level.

Massively Hypersonic with Gear 2 (faster than lightning, can tag characters like Crocodile and dodge slashes from Mihawk, though he was only testing him)

Hypersonic? Luffy was already mid-tier MHS pre time-skip.

Also, Sub relativistic? In Dbz, not DB... Piccolo was only MHS.
