First thing first, Mxy is high 1C, at least 4 dimensions above her and her power levels and range. On top of that, Mxy got so much hax, he can literally just one shot her. Ap, plus hax and Dura, as well as large size makes it impossible for her to not get stompped instantly.

Scan don't work. But also, that's for her other tier and not low 1c

But this is a scan from justice league 2018 #19 is first period of appearance of her and should be key (Diminished State) at this time this key is low 1-c not True State at is 1-a

She should have a possibly low 1a or 1a in her first key too. Idk why it's not there. But the tier 1s or DC don't make a spec of sense due to scaling issues - plus formatting issues
