Percy Jackson vs. Sea Feilong (Just Another Day In The Life Of A Demigod) (Voting Completed)

Guys, if Percy is played by Logan Lerman, then it's canon for this match. If not, then it's the (vastly better) book series and obviously not so.

@Kep. I'll guiltily admit to liking that Percy too. Lightning Thief is the first and only movie I used Pay Per View for lol.
 
Just as Cal said, only feats from the movie version of Percy is allowed here. Any arguments involving the book version will be ignored.

This incarnation of Percy Jackson isn't very tactically skilled. I don't think he'll open with attacking it's wings, rather the rest of it's body. And Feilong's electricity attacks can handily keep him out of the water and keep him from powering up. Also, there's the fact that Percy is a glass cannon at High 8-C level.

I vote Feilong mid-diff, also because I hate those movies
