I don't know much about Percedal and Rubilax, but looking at their abilities I would (reluctantly) give them the win. Kamina may have regenerative qualities, but not nearly as much without Simon. Additionally, Percedal seems to have more experience in hand-to-hand combat.

Hm, if Kamina is by himself, then I guess Percedal would have a chance at winning (since he had easily thrown away that general woman in a mech suit), especially if he has Rubi.
