He has pretty much all of his resistances at that point. Only Dream Manipulation he doesn't have.

Although if this is Assassin Seiya, he has Dream Manipulation resistance too.

But Assassin Seiya is a ridiculous stomp. He's basically 3-B in base while extremely weakened.

When does he get Athena's Ichor?

He scales to Shura's feat of enduring being erased by the universe itself inflicting causality on him and existing as a living paradox. He also survives being in the Hyperdimension, which erases everyone who isn't a god in body and soul. And Seiya is constantly enduring having Hades' Sword piercing his soul, and stopping himself from being erased through his cosmos.

When does he get Athena's Ichor?

In the Hades Arc. All Main 4 Saints get bathed in Athena's ichor after she commits suicide to trick Hades. Shion uses her spilled blood to regenerate their cloths.

Later Ikki gets it in Elysium when the spilled blood of Athena's dying body touches his cloth.

Interesting, both sides have high resistances, but Seiya should be able to break Dispel Bounds.

DS does have Judas Priest though which is pretty powerful for killing on three planes.
