Pan-Dimensional Definition

So in Journal 3, Ford stated that the Trilazzxx Beta Aliens were Pan-Dimensional and when I googled the meaning of Pandimensional and it said "Of or pertaining to all dimensions of reality. Or in others word, Infinite Dimensional" but the way the term "Dimension" was used in Gravity Falls could either mean a Reality or a Dimensionality like 2-D or 3-D. Could someone help me get a better understanding of this

Pan-Dimensional by its own means that it's to all dimensions of reality, however in GF the max it showcased is 11D.

The Aliens were indeed 11D here, given that them being in 3D created a massive confusing about their directions, however the 11D being superior here is extremely questionable anyways.

I just thought they removed Bill's Tiering of High 1-C due to the lack of clarification between Dimensionalities or Realities since Alex Hirsch called alternate worlds "Dimensions" and the Journal stated "Existing in 7-11 Dimensions at Once"

Isn’t 11D superior to 3D by default due to 3D lacking existence in 7 axises that 11D creatures exist on

It was removed because of Aliens having 0 feats (having the only thing that could close the rift is not considered a feat I guess), and also not qualifying to Higher-Dimensional beings as was said in the original downgrade
Additional reading: unsuccessful attempt of an upgrade

And btw, I am not saying that I am against High 1-C, I am naming why it was removed in this wiki.
I hope this helps.

Ok what happened to Bill's Immeasurable Speed and Nigh-Omniscience as well?
Bill has no reason to be at such tiers: controlling dimension does not grant you any speed, and nothing ever says Bill is nigh-omniscient, especially knowing he did not know Barrier’s equation to break it (which was called pretty simple by Ford iirc), and he needed Ford for that. But that’s just what I think, idk specific reasons they were deleted in the CRTs, just try to search it up mb

welp the only thing I care about on Bill's profile is that his tiering remains "At least Low 2-C, possibly 2-A" because this character has been through alot of debunks on this wiki like his dimensionality, speed, strength, and iq all have been hit badly

Downgrade him to at most 11-A due to being two-dimensional triangle. Should be fair.

That wont work want to know why? DIMENSIONS ARE NOT INFINITELY SUPERIOR OR INFERIOR! THATS WHY BILL LOST HIS HIGH 1-C RATING
Anyway im gotta get back to work on a profile for the Scarab from Fionna and Cake
