Orochi (Koei) Downgrade

Orochi seems to have "High-Godly" regen because he came back from the destruction of his realm. However, High-Godly is only a thing when one survives basically the destruction of their entire verse. A simple pocket dimension won't cut it. Also, Type 5 Immortality seems...really unwaranted. At the very least, an explanation for that would be needed.

I don't think destruction of the entire verse is necessary for High-Godly, or else Swamp Thing wouldn't have that rating.

I could be wrong but if Orochi is able to regenerate from the timeline/plane of existence that he is tied to, I believe he'd count. (Although I'm not sure if a pocket universe falls under that)

And I agree Type 5 Immortality isn't warranted at all.

Well afaik it's at least some important part of it. A simple pocket dimension doesn't seem like it fits the requirements.

Yeah I'm uncertain if a pocket dimension qualifies as well. Though I was just saying it doesn't seem that the destruction of the entire verse in question is necessarily required for High-Godly.
