Why has this not been made into a verse yet? Could it be? One of my favorite webcomics, and it's decently popular, so why not?

Any fans out there?

If it has these requirements, it should be allowed:

• An active storyline or background, or a "plot" per se. (Not always required)
• Enough feats to be quantifiable. (No point in making an "Unknown" character that has no abilities whatsoever)
• Should be popular to some extent. (Not a fanbase that is comprised of 50 people)
• Should be in a legitimate medium. (Shouldn't be fanfiction or some random original series)

So yes, if it meets all of the above, it should be allowed, and you may create it if you so wish.
