So this would scale to Gouketsu, Bakuza, Choze, and Gale Wind. If I remember, it's also implied that Orochi has consumed monster cells and can produce them (although that could be from the wiki, I can't exactly remeber where it's from).

I'm pretty sure they imply that he's made by Monster Cells.

She literally even says that Orochi was the only success in trying to increase a bunch of monster cell turned victims.
