OPM: Bad Boy Upgrade

This thread is to scale Post-Sage Centipede Garou above Orochi's full power.

The reasoning is simple. Saitama, even after seeing Orochi's full power and using enough strength to overcome it, doesn't think he was "strong" enough to be the Monster King, which he later tries to find Monster King, expecting it to be a pretty strong monster.

And after seeing the end of Garou's fight against Sage Centipede, Saitama believed Garou to be the Monster King because of his appearance and strength until seeing Garou was actually a human.

Saitama considers Garou strong enough to be the Monster King while doesn't consider Orochi as such.

This means Post-Sage Centipede Garou will scale above Orochi, with Sage Centipede downscaling to the value.

• God has been watching the fight between Orochi and Saitama.
• Sage Centipede and Evil Ocean Water, the incarnations of Earth and Ocean, was sent by God to defeat the fist that has turned against him. (aka Saitama, who God saw defeat Orochi at his full power)

So it is both narratively and statement wise consistent for Garou to scale above Orochi at that point. Same as Sage Centipede downscaling from him. The current scaling chain will be applied to other characters (which is only Metal Bat i guess?)

I have always wondered why it was just a "likely" rating rather than his standard rating. I guess it's because he is scaling directly from Sage Centipede, whose scaling to Orochi was more contentious back then.

Sure. I don't have time to do anything today anyway, so your thread will probably end before i do it. Just applying it at once is better
