- Tornado - No one as of now scale to her
- Saitama - No one scales to him besides in speed
- Boros - The only one who scales to him is Awalened Garou
- Giant Snowman - No one scales to him besides Saitama

Darkshine, Metal Knight, Tanktop Master, Prisoner, and Metal Bat all use a power heavy moveset and are drawn by someone who likes to do environmental impacts and shockwave effects. But none of them have a feat even approaching Genos's chapter 10 feat. Genos himself doesn't have another feat that approaches that feat.

That's just him evolving to fight a oppoent. Which in this case is increased speed and strength. Considering he copied or posses a similar ability to Metal Bat's fighting spirit its probably due to that

I did mention that he either copied it or possesses a similar ability. Either way it would explain his constant increase of power combined with permanent power upgrades via combat adaption.

Kabuto in Carnage Mode durability is scaled to Darkshine's AP because it took Darkshine at full power to beat Kabuto in the simulations. Kabuto in Carnage Mode didn't seem to have injured Darkshine because Darkshine would have noted that he did like he did with his fight with Bang.

People who scale to Atomic Samurai: Silverfang on the bases that he's considered a rival and blitzed multiple BS bodies when going all out, Bomb since he's comparable to Bang, BS for being able to reliably tag Atomic Samurai, Sweet Mask for being able to reliably tag BS, Evil Natural Water's attack speed, Orochi since he's above a standard BS body, Tornado for being able to take on the MA Cadre alone of which would include BS and Orochi, GS for being > BS
