One-Punch Man: A Small Revision

I calced Dave's crater and it's already been evaluated. It's time to talk about who scales to this. Note: The feat is 0.24 Tons and Building level starts at 0.25 Tons.

Human Choze should be at least 8-C, since he one shotted Monster Rosie who is stronger than Dave.

I believe that it's safe to say that A-Class Heroes should scale above the feat, making them 8-C. I think B-Class Heroes might scale, and I don't think C-Class should scale. Rosie isn't very strong and he survived this attack, so I think that is reasonable.

Also the Three Crows are more durable than Rosie, Snek and Lightning Max one shotted them.

But I'd like to hear opinions from people who know OPM more than I do.

If A Class heroes scale, do you think that Mizuki might scale too?

She fought Rhino Wrestler and he rated her attack power at 30 points. Four other A-Class Heroes attacked him and got lower points than her. Actually the only people who scored higher than her were Iaian and Atomic Samurai.

A-Class superior to Snek or Lightning Max should scale imo. However I dunno if someone more reliant on weapons like Death Gatling would scale to this.

He's in the Top 10, but Garou called him trash and he's not a physically fighter. Maybe changing his tier to "At least 9-A, possibly 8-C" would work I guess.

I still don't see the issue with solid 8-C. We scale someone's tier to their most prominent form of attacking, so him being lower physically shouldn't really create problems

Stinger, Heavy Tank Fundoshi, Magic Trick Ma, and Great Philosopher: At least 8-C, likely 8-A

Lightning Max and Snek: 8-C (Killed one of the Three Crows with a single attack. A single crow should be more durable than Rosie and Dave)

Spring Mustachio, Golden Ball, and Death Gatling: 8-C (As A Class Heroes, they should be comparable to Lightning Max and Snek)

Mizuki: 8-C (Rhino Wrestler rated her attack power at 30 points, while four other A-Class Heroes got lower points)

Human Bakuzan also scales. Snek is a regular in the tournament but Bakuzan is considered the strongest man in super fight.
