One Piece General Discussion: Elbaph

Aii considering Yamato joins (which i hope she does), here's my take, the monster trio will indeed change, but if anyone's getting excluded it's gonna be Luffy

He'll probably be on a tier of his own while Sanji, Zoro, and Yamato are the new monster trio. Considering the Straw Hats separated into halves in some circumstances, these three might be division commanders in the future.
Someone smart

On some "Sweet Commanders" or "Calamities" energy

^^ Agree. I've always had that logic but with Jinbe. The formation would instead be
- leader
-3 strongest
Then the rest of the positions, like how all crews (mostly) are. In this case Jinbe seems far more comparable to Franky in crew positioning so it could be
Luffy (captain)

Monster trio: Zoro, Sanji, Yamato

So, while I don't live under a rock, I live under a boulder. What's with the Yamato hate? And also, why do people hate Shirahoshi?

i wonder if Oda will have any more power up ideas for the strawhats, I personally dont see anything new after Gear 5th, unless what we're seeing isn't the complete form.

Hey, @KingTempest I gotta ask because I'm curious-
While reading the site rules and general battle charts, etc- I noticed the earthquake power chart and standard calc for earth shaking, and both say:
"Total Seismic Energy should only be used for real earthquakes. It shouldn't be used for physical earthquakes or earthquakes caused through abilities."
"This method is only applied when you have proof you're causing it through manually moving the plates, as elaborated above."

While the bit about causing quakes through "abilities" is elaborated on (in the world shaking page) as: "This method assumes that all they're doing is causing the Earth to quake via sheer brute Force. This is what is usually used for the standard Earthquake."

I thought the wiki agreed that Whitebeard's quakes ARE done through tectonic plates tilting? Even though it is an "ability", its means of causing quakes is basically natural instead of, say- The Goku SSJ3 energy causing the earth to shake because of radiated pressure/energy.
So wouldn't the TSE method actually be accurate in this case for WB's Kabutowari? He isn't causing quakes by just radiating pressure, he's actively making tectonic plates tilt (which is noticeable during the Shima yurashi feat)

Sorry if it's a bother, I was mostly doing a read through of things here and finally stumbled across power related things. Otherwise i would've asked that the day you re-calced it

Oh dang? Sorry then, it wasn't my intention. And no need to apologize!
Basically what he's saying is that he isn't the one capable of handling the situation but monkey is 🐒👍👁️

so basically he is saying that monkey is the best

F it, So IF you wanna be more helpful, positive, learn things and work together, let's begin with sizes (Of locations, Objects, Characters and more since that is the basis of everything in terms of feats/calcs) after kingtempst is done with what he's currently doing.

just thinking about it subconsciously helps

Soo... You are invested in op...... 🤔 what size do you think is inaccurate here?
I'mma answer the question directly- don't expect anything too mathematical from me please. I mainly look into narrative scaling rather than feat calcs-

But to answer your question based on only my opinion-
Upper Yard, Thriller Bark, Marineford are likely bigger than the calcs suggest.
I can't tell what Dresssrosa's size is either, but I recall there being word about it being less than 10KM which (to me) is brain meltingly small
