My comments wasn't really that serious but... No? Unless your saying Sengoku < Kong in strength (via higher rank) but garp is literally stated to have the strongest fist/punch

Rocks also doesn't have much that would put him above the strength of Roger... Maybe possibly above whitebeard for being Rogers strongest adversary? But still wouldn't be put on top (As kaido was with rocks and said Roger was the one on top still)

And in terms of haki we know rogers has the strongest based on kaido also

so abilities wouldn't matter much, Both Garp and Roger have the strongest haki combined and strength that 100% support it

I mean, I GUESS God Valley Garp and Roger were most likely weaker than their prime. But the placement doesn't mean anything, unless you think Oden and Rocks were on the same level. Hell, Oden's higher than Shanks on there. Garp isn't even on there.

what...? I wasn't talking about the luffy's ceiling thing, those are just the strongest of people capable of fighting him

I'm talking about kaido hyping up Roger saying conquered the world without any df abilities and never said anything about rocks

Tho if it was a top 5 list it would go from left to right... Like the manga does

Roger, Whitebeard, Rocks, Shanks and then Oden last

That's because Rocks didn't conquer the world and find the One Piece, thus becoming Pirate King. Because of God Valley.

conquering the world here would mean being above everyone else in strength/battle... Similar way blackbeard thinks

Kaido says abilities won't make you the strongest and then says Roger didn't have fruit powers become only haki can transcend all

He's both confirming rogers superiority with everyone else and hypes up how only haki can transcend all

he also at the same time showed it to luffy at the same time by using his haki and overpowering him

Chinjao pretty much said the same thing. In order to conquer the seas you need to be stronger than every other conqueror.

I suppose that's a reasonable interpretation, especially considering the Blackbeard comparison, since Rocks and Blackbeard are clearly meant to be parallels. Rocks probably had a DF keeping him on top, so it probably wasn't raw power setting him that high up.

The only reason I'm not fully onboard is Sengoku's statement where he's putting Rocks as Roger's strongest rival. Sengoku would, of course, know how strong Garp was, and was placed in the "Marines that can capture me," list by Roger. Plus, it'd put him above Primebeard, considered to be the one man who could run a 1v1 with Roger and consistently keep up. I wonder if Kaidou or Sengoku had a better grasp on Rocks' power, considering they would both be pretty close to people who had fought Rocks directly.
 
There is NO WAY 🙉🙉🙉 I was like f it, let's try reading this manga, it seems interesting... I read and read... And once something crazy happens... BOOM it's the last recent available chapter 🙉🙉

My heart, head and soul.... Is currently getting shattered... I read all of that to find out the secret just for it all to completely be destroyed in seconds 😶‍🌫️ wtf

So now bro has to go along with the sisters to find out who the killer is... All 3 love the boy very much... And they think he forgot what happened.... And.... It has ecchi in it's genre ✋🐵🤚 bye

The lasers would kinda act like a heat piercing shockwaves from his acceleration

Kinda Like this but it’s continuous while traveling
