Looking back at it, you could Argue that the Energy Steroids, SMILE fruits, The experiment of Gigatification from ceasar AND sulong could be a somewhat vague hint towards G5 or some properties to it? Sulong is a stretch in my opinion but the rest seem plausible.

Notice how absolutely none of these are even a small hint towards his DF's awakening, a next gear, his fruit having a hidden name or anything that ties directly into Nika until we get to Wano, where it wasn't even foreshadow IMO as Who's Who introduced the concept to us literally 20 or so chapters away from G5.

All you have shown is exactly what I said before but more in detail, Oda knows what he has wrote:

He made Luffy a hero who freed people from tyrannical rulerships and Luffy has been doing it since Koby, then there was Arlong, Alabasta, etc, Oda also used the sun as a symbol of freedom/hope since Skypiea at the very least and the whole idea of bringing a new dawn which I think started post TS, but that's about it.

None of that was ever directly tied to Luffy's power, what he did was simply join these 2 (sun and freedom) traits that have been in the series since forever in a new, more explicit connection to Luffy's character than just symbolism.

That's just a gag moment that he reused with G5 which literally all about having gag moments mid-battle (AKA toon force).

What? That's just an illogical argument, first because not all DFs are strong as ****, it's absolutely more likely that you'll get an average/weak one rather than a good and strong DF, second because, as you can see in that same scan, they just literally took it from a random enemy (It's mot even specified to be a WG ship, damn, that's literally a broad statement that he could fill in however he wanted if the need ever appeared).

And "knowing" about the fruit means nothing either, we just had a random character in Sorbet pinpoint exactly which DF Bonney had eaten, DF knowledge simply isn't restrict and for someone like Shanks it absolutely wouldn't be.

It doesn't say or even imply his personality changed in the sense of having been strangely modified, Luffy is just literally a kid that was happy he got a super power and it's not even like luffy.

Again, y'all need to get the difference between common traits and consistent writing from actual foreshadow.

No. Arguing just to argue, you’re basically saying if it isn’t blatantly stated then there’s no proof… which defeats the whole purpose of hints and foreshadowing

The title joyboy also hints at it, to say Oda only planned gear 5 in wano arc is pure cap

To play devil's advocate for a sec, Ivankov did say he could escape at any time, but was waiting for Dragon to do something specific (probably a raid on Mariejois once they got a big enough army or something)

My hope is that Saturn will be defeated this arc. We're 1100 chapters into the series. It's the appropriate time for one of the Five Elders to be defeated.
