I was planning to calculate the earthquake with non-standard methods that took me like a month to flesh out.
The distance from Marineford to Sabaody I got was just over 666 km by using this, and the fact that Marine Battleships would take 1 week to get from Amazon Lily to Impel Down without the Sea Gates.

It's for all ships without Sea Gates. Marines just have access to them, which is what Gloriosa was talking about.

I don't focus on downgrading it...
I focus on making the verse more accurate as best as I can manage. It just so happens that as far as I can tell folks tend to overrate the verse so when I try to make changes, most of the time they're going to end up being downgrades.
If the verse was currently rated as 7-A at most, then I'd be posting threads to upgrade it.
