Probably. 3x hits decently hard, but it's not a oneshot by any means. Her defensive abilities help soften that blow while they're up.

Thumbelina's at a practical AP disadvantage, but she's not going to be insta'd.
 
In that case, I can see her using Squall and then retreating under her shield from Helios' counter-attack before hitting her with a swallow dive. In that case, I think I might vote Thumbelina
 
I guess I'll tentatively vote for Thumbelina for now, in the absence of knowledge about Helios's behaviour, attack patterns or tactics.
