Gaslowe VS Alex, both are High 4-C, 'Gaslowe's Experiment Tools', 'Experimental Poison Demon Scientist, Gaslowe's Bracelet' and Summons are restricted for Gaslowe, Gaslowe has absorbed no magic before the battle, no prep time, Alex has the 3/4ths of the Golden Sun, Speed Equalized, and the fight begins at 10 meters.
(I...THINK we can do this? The equipment I'm restricting is technically standard but Gaslowe's rating is 'higher' with it, and I'm pretty sure with the equips Gaslowe would AP stomp, so I think this is one of those situations where it's allowed to be restricted)
