Currently, our key for non-canon Episode of Bardock! Bardock says the following, rather hilarious line:
"Comparable to anime First Form Freeza"
This was literally never stated, implied, suggested or even slightly alluded to anywhere in the entire OvA. It obviously comes from him killing Chilled, but Chilled is never stated anywhere to be comparable to First Form Freeza. The only scene you can even remotely argue this is when Bardock yells "Freeza!" after seeing Chilled, but that's obviously taken out of context.
1. Bardock is quite obviously referring to Chilled's appearance, not his power. He even has a flashback of First Form Freeza's face when he meets Chilled.
2. Bardock can't sense battle powers, and he was never implied to be able to do so in the OvA. The reason why he got to the scene after the villains arrived is because that child told him to do so.
Shortly, there's no evidence that Bardock is First Form Freeza level. Even multipliers don't prove this, since Bardock was stated to be under 10,000 in the first Bardock special. Assuming the doctors who said this meant 9,000 would put him at 450,000, which is still not the same PL as Freeza. I'm also pretty sure nobody said he had a zenkai in the movie to begin with.
